Notice to Residents and Property Owners in the Town of Lakewood NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN OF LAKEWOOD BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY, JUNE 24, 2014 AT 7:00 P.M., AT THE LAKEWOOD TOWN HALL, 3110 STRAND ROAD, DULUTH, MN. THE APPLICANTS ARE: Bradley and Trudie Berg SITE ADDRESS IS: 2740 Lauren Road, Duluth, MN 55804 The Board of Adjustment will consider an application for variance from 1. lot area requirement of 4.8 acres to 2 acres; 2. lot width requirement from 300 feet to 208 feet; and 3. lot setback requirement of 225 feet to 135 feet for construction of a 28 foot x 36 foot accessory structure with two 11 foot x 36 foot lean-to's. The property is legally describes as: Beginning at the SW corner of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 , Sec.3, R13, T51, thence N along the W boundary line of the said above described land 416 feet; thence east 208 feet; thence S 416 feet; thence W 208 feet to the point of beginning, all of said tract of land being part of W 1/2 of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4, Sec.3, T51,R13. Parcel No. (415-0010-000580).
