In the News-Chronicle a couple weeks ago, there was a headline of “slim pickings” referring to the lack of people putting their names on the ballot for city council this year. I feel strongly that now is my time to get more involved and make a difference for our community.September 02, 2010

So it wouldn’t be fair allowing for more dates to clubs due to the fact that commercial operations pay “10 times more for their liquor licenses?” My math shows right around five times. A club license is around $600 and commercial license is $3000.September 02, 2010
