Generous Reimer donation pays for Oscar's knee surgery
In August, Oscar was found on the north side of Two Harbors and he was in rough shape—emaciated and limping with matted, dirty fur. He appeared to be a young cat that just couldn’t fend for himself, said Animal Control Officer Stephanie Potter.
