Ethel Talbott, 90, Two Harbors, died Tuesday, Nov. 13 in the Lake View Memorial Hospital.
She was born July 19, 1922, to Ernest and Hilma (Finnila) Kleimo in Palo, where she grew up, graduating from Aurora High School. She married Robert Talbott on May 19, 1942, and they moved to Two Harbors in 1949. Ethel was employed at East End Grocery (Booksa’s Store) for several years, and later at Miller’s Café for many years.
Ethel was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert, a son, James and brothers and sisters, Laurence, Clarence, Lillian, and Florence.
She is survived by a son, Larry Talbott (Sera) of New Mexico; a daughter, Debra Marsh (Scott Conaway) of Aurora; daughter-in-law, Deedi Talbott of Two Harbors; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
