DOROTHY ELIZABETH MCGLONE

She was born March 2, 1936 to Lawrence and Esther (Granberg) Jones in Two Harbors. Dorothy attended schools in Two Harbors and married Otis McGlone on December 11, 1954.

Dorothy E. McGlone, 74, formerly of Two Harbors, Minnesota, died Saturday, August 7, 2010 at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

She was born March 2, 1936 to Lawrence and Esther (Granberg) Jones in Two Harbors. Dorothy attended schools in Two Harbors and married Otis McGlone on December 11, 1954. They lived in various parts of the country. Over the years, she maintained close ties with her family and friends in Two Harbors.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert, and husband, Otis in 1998.

Dorothy is survived by her son, Gary Otis McGlone (Sandi Thomas) of Dittmer, MO; daughters, Sheryl (David) Rogge of Coon Rapids, MN; and Theresa (Michael) Hanna of St. Louis, MO: brothers, Paul (Nancy) Jones and Don (Jenny) Jones both of Two Harbors; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 9 AM until the 10 AM Service Monday August 9, 2010 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Two Harbors. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Two Harbors. Please sign the online guestbook at www.cavallinfuneralhome.com.
