About 35 people dance the Harlem Shake in zero-degree temperatures Tuesday morning near the Duluth Ship Canal. The event was put on by radio station Mix 108 in an attempt to create a viral video. Taking some of the worst of the cold was Bryce Hebert, 21, of Mahtowa (center), who stripped down to his shorts. “It wasn’t bad till I realized my hands were frozen,” Hebert said.
