Stuart Anderson, steward of the IBEW’s lineworkers and freshwater workers employed by the City of Two Harbors stands in front of TH City Hall Monday night with three coworkers. Anderson and about 20 union members and supporters held an informational picket. They say they are the lowest paid of IBEW workers in the region and are in the third year of a wage freeze. Cooperative Light and Power workers performing the same work receive over $10 more per hour. Photo by Tammy Francois.
