The polling station at the Two Harbors Community Center was busy Tuesday afternoon. Up to 75 percent of eligible voters in Lake County filled out a ballot, one of the highest voter turnout rates in the nation. Turnout was 90 percent in 2008, a presidential election year. Mike Creger
