U.S. Rep. Jim Oberstar will be in Finland Dec. 14 at a 2 p.m. open house for the new community center facility there. Local officials will give a tour of the Clair Nelson Intermodal and Finland Community Center building and thank Oberstar for his help in the project and years of service to the area. Oberstar lost his seat in Congress to Chip Cravaack in the November election.
