High Court refuses to review BWCAW cell phone tower case

The Minnesota Supreme Court has decided not to review a decision of the Minnesota Court of Appeals allowing AT&T to erect a 450-foot cell phone tower near the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.
