Prep report: 2 make cut for Minnesota track meet

Kyle Blood of Silver Bay and Steph McGregor of Two Harbors will represent Lake County in the State High School Track Meet in St. Paul this weekend after qualifying finishes at the Section 7A meet Friday in Duluth.
