Slowly, state parks reopen after Minnesota shutdown
UPDATE: The campground at Jay Cooke State Park is now open, Eunice Luedtke, park manager, said late this morning. The campground had been closed during the 20-day state government shutdown. Campsite reservations cannot be made until Tuesday.
