Cuzzo takes early lead over Costley in judge race

Duluth lawyer Mike Cuzzo opened a 2-1 lead over Two Harbors native and lawyer Tim Costley in early returns for the race to become just the third judge to serve the North Shore of Lake Superior in nearly 60 years.
