Justin time: Louisiana racer wins inline marathon

Teammates Justin Stelly of Kaplan, La., and Briana Kramer of Orlando, Fla., avoided the fate of falling on wet pavement Saturday morning and claimed the elite championships in the 15th NorthShore Inline Marathon.
