Valentine's cards at Lakeview Memorial Hospital

The first-graders at Minnehaha Elementary School have made the halls of Lake View Memorial Hospital a little brighter this month. First-grade teachers Amy Cavallin, Jill Bopp and Pam Carlson recruited their students to create valentines and decorations for patients. Employee Jill Innis said it’s boosted the morale of patients and staff. Nancy Olson, pictured here with some valentines and decorations, told Innis that she loves the valentines because they remind her of her own first-grade granddaughter. Innis reported that hospital staff members have enjoyed decorating their work areas with the colorful and creative valentines.
