Ruth Himes, Judy and Roger Martell attended the Mark Russell show that was held at UMD on Friday evening.
Eugene Himes, son of Ruth Himes recently returned to Hawaii for a health check-up and the news is good! All is well. He is already back home in Japan. Continued get well wishes got out to Eugene. Ruth reported that hopefully he will make a trip here in May.
A memorial service was held on Saturday at Zion for Dorothy Shaffer. Many relatives and friends were on there to share many memories of Dorothy’s life. Deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Dorothy.
The Finland Fire and Rescue held their holiday party on Saturday evening at the Four Seasons. Congratulations go to Fireman of the Year, Mark and Monica Riebe.
