Hannah Catherine Broadbent has been admitted to the University of Minnesota Duluth for the 2013-14 academic year. Broadbent is the daughter of Thomas Broadbent and Patricia Broadbent of Two Harbors. She will graduate from Two Harbors High School in May of 2013. At THHS, she is on student council, plays soccer and is in pep club. She plans to major in communications at UMD.
Emily Cox from Silver Bay received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota-Mankato on Dec. 15. Located in southern Minnesota, University of Minnesota-Mankato has over 15,400 students and is part of the Minnesota State College & Universities system.
Charles Hilliard Jr. of Two Harbors received his graduate certificate in online teaching from Bemidji State University at the conclusion of the 2012 summer sessions. Located in north central Minnesota, Bemidji State University enrolls more than 5,000 students in over 50 programs at the undergraduate level.
Tyler Dalbec, son of Christian Dalbec & Tammy Dalbec graduated from University of Minnesota-Duluth Dec. 19 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Dalbec is a 2008 graduate of Two Harbors High School.
