The Silver Bay girls played the Northeast Range Nighthawks and the Ely Timberwolves at Ely over the winter holiday break. They lost both contests; 20-92 to the Nighthawks and 26-79 to the Timberwolves.

The Mariner girls and boys will be at Willow River playing the Moose Lake/Willow River squads on Jan. 4.

The Two Harbors boys and girls played the Barnum Bombers in a double header at home on Dec. 27. The girls fell to the Bombers 31-57 and the boys lost 50-79.

They both play Wrenshall in their first games of the New Year. The girls face the Wrens at home on Jan. 3 and the boys will travel to play on Wrenshall’s court Jan. 4.
