Daniel Kevin Anderson, 62, of Duluth, passed away Nov. 27 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth.
He was born in Two Harbors, Nov. 10, 1950, to Rodney and Bernice Anderson. He graduated from Two Harbors High School in 1970 and went on to work at the docks for the DM&IR Railroad in Two Harbors for many years.
Dan was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Timmy, Mark and Dale, and sister-in-law Cheryl.
Dan is survived by his sons, Kevin, of Two Harbors, Ferris, of Duluth; brothers, Shawn (Brenda) of Bemidji, Ron of Duluth, Jerry (Cheryl), Two Harbors; sister Jan (Dave) Mudrovich, Woodinville, Wash; granddaughter, Ayden, Elk Grove, Ill.; very special friend, Diane Christian; nieces, Vikki, Heather and Jenna; nephews, John and James along with aunts, uncle and several cousins and friends. Dan will be remembered for his kind nature and infectious smile.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
