There is one correction to the boy's high school hockey schedule listed last week. You can add Hayward to the home and away list, with the home game at Lake County Arena. Also, the field for the Silver Bay holiday tournament is set. Teams will include Ely, Moose Lake, Legacy Christian, Robbinsdale Cooper and Bagley. The Lake County team will play Bagley, Cooper and Legacy. Cooper is the defending champion. The two girls’ high school hockey games —against Ashland and lake of the Woods-- will be played at Lake County Arena.
Deven VanHouse of Silver Bay finished the local racing season with the points titles at both Proctor and Superior in the Midwest Modifieds division. He placed second in Hibbing.
