The Lake County Fair is a recipient of a County Fairs Arts Access and Cultural Heritage grant from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.  The enhancement of the Arts & Activities Building is funded, in part, by the Legacy Amendment’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund as appropriated by the Minnesota State Legislature. Part of the enhancement is a mural depicting Lake County’s History by local artist Dave Gilsvik. There will be an unveiling of the mural on Thursday August 23 at 3 p.m. There will be prize drawings, live entertainment, petting zoo, beer garden by The Pub, art & cultural heritage demonstrations and lots of fun every day of the Lake County Fair!
