Jean Elizabeth Wirt

Jean Wirt, 94, of Two Harbors, died July 23, 2012 in Ecumen Scenic Shores.

She was born on July 5, 1918 to Tom and Hannah Ryan in Hibbing, and lived most of her life in Two Harbors. She married Tauno Wirt on March 29, 1941.

Jean was a member of the United Church, the Women of the Moose and the American Legion Auxiliary.

Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Tauno in 1987.

She is survived by her daughter, Ann Koenig; and sons, Dennis, Craig, and Don all of Two Harbors; grandchildren, Miranda, Mathew, Bryce and Danielle; and several great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from Noon until the 1 p.m. service on Thursday July 26, 2012 at the United Church in Two Harbors. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. To sign the online register book please visit www.cavallinfuneralhome.com.
