Galen Olson

Galen Olson, 92, Two Harbors, died Friday, June 29, 2012, at Lake View Memorial Hospital.

He was born July 5, 1919, to Gideon and Inga (Stenman) Olson in Grygla.

Galen was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Glen, Kenneth, Lawrence, Vern and Lyle; and a sister, Eileen Thompson.

He is survived by his sons and daughters, Richard Olson of Two Harbors, Gayle Fleck of Finland, Larry Olson of Perris, Calif., Roger Olson of Seattle, Wash., and Debra Barber of Saco, Maine; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and sisters, Violet Wold and Ethel Gonnering.

Private burial was held at Lakeview Cemetery in Two Harbors.
