Finland church to host father-son banquet

The Zion Lutheran Church Women will be hosting the annual Father/Son Banquet Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church. There is a sheet at the church fellowship hall or you can contact any of the church women to sign up.

Don Runnberg and Jean Wagner motored to Kasson to attend the graduation and party of granddaughter Marissa Dufault Saturday afternoon. Don and Jean also attended an awards ceremony Monday in Forest Lake for granddaughter Erikka Bildeaux, who received a Presidential Scholarship. Congratulation to Marissa and Erikka.

Deepest sympathy goes out to the family and friends of Joyce (Ahlbeck) Marble. Joyce died on June 2, 2012, at the age of 55. A memorial service was held on Thursday at the Northwood’s Bible Church in Ray.
