New fire truck

The Two Harbors Fire Department went through training exercises with its new fire truck last Thursday at Two Harbors High School. The new truck has a 100-foot ladder, an increase not just in vertical reach, but more importantly in horizontal reach between the truck and buildings. The department replaces trucks on a six year rotation. The truck that was replaced was 25 years old.
