Wild game recipe: Broiled panfish dumplings

4 eggs

white flour

Italian seasoning

fresh garlic to taste

boned panfish fillets, diced

chicken soup broth

shredded cheese

Make the dumpling batter with the first five ingredients. Add the dumplings to boiling soup broth and cook until done. Remove dumplings from broth and drain. Cover with shredded cheese and broil until the cheese crisps and browns. Serve while hot. For dipping sauce, try cocktail or tartar sauce.
