Ruberg sworn in as Two Harbors police chief

Two Harbors police chief Kevin Ruberg was sworn in by council member Jerry Norberg and Mayor Randy Bolen at Monday's city council meeting. Ruberg isreplacing former police chief Chris Donald, who retired at the end of August. Ruberg is a Two Harbors native and has been with the police department since 1984. He served as the assistant chief since 2005.
