Letter to the editor: Great effort on Heritage Days

I would like to express my sincere thanks to this year’s successful Heritage Days. Many deserve a hearty thank-you. To each and every person: Thanks. To all us hearty Minnesotans who watched the parade and all those participating, what a great event. Rick and Cheryl Sundstrom have given countless hours toward a weekend well worth remembering.

Rick has been working for two years to see that we had the opportunity to enjoy the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra Saturday evening at the band shell. What a wonderful evening of culture with a performance that left us giving the symphony a standing ovation.

Heritage Days is enjoyed by the entire community and surrounding area as well. Many people come from across Minnesota and other states to spend a fun-filled weekend with family and friends.
