Tyler Ellefson and Brett Mensing were among a group of 18 students from Mrs. Stadler’s French class at William Kelley High School who made a weeklong trip to Quebec. They visited many attractions and a good time was had by all.

Satrina Nikula, who is a student at the University of Wisconsin-Superior, was named to the Dean’s list for the spring semester. Satrina is the daughter of Jeff and Tammy Nikula. Congratulations Satrina.

Josh and Julie Arnold spent the weekend with her parents, Ric and Diane Lindberg, and also attended her 10-year class reunion.

Deepest sympathy goes out to Joan Anderson and family in the recent loss of her brother-in-law, Lyle Johnson, in Lake Park, Iowa.

Joan Anderson underwent surgery Wednesday at St. Luke’s hospital and will be there about five days. Joan’s sisters, Mable Rush of Lake Park and Mary Mills of Mason City, arrived to spend some time with Joan. Get well thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
