Forms can be picked up at the course or can be printed from the Lakeview National web site at lakeviewnationalgolfcourse.com
The event is limited to the first 30 paid, five-person teams. The cost of $65 per person includes 18-holes of golf, two carts per team, prizes, a food coupon and agift. Qualifying Lakeview National season ticket holders will receive greens fee discounts.
The Agate Golf Scramble was started as an event for the all-class reunion in 2005 and, due to a positive response by the participants, it has become a part of the Heritage Days event schedule. Class reunion groups are welcome to enter teams.
Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. on the day of the event with a shotgun start at 11 a.m. The event should be concluded by 5 p.m. in order to accommodate class reunions or other Heritage Days events.
Questions about the event can be directed to Cathy Erickson at 830-0831 or by email at tee2green@frontiernet.net
