Deepest sympathy goes out to the family and friends of John Crego, who died April 7 in New Hope at the age of 73. There will be a memorial service Saturday at Sychar Lutheran Church with visitation at 10 a.m. and the service at 11. Those attending are welcome to dress in John’s favorite lifelong team colors of the Green Bay Packers and the Silver Bay Mariners. John never missed a game and was always seen zipping around town in his motorized cart with a happy wave and “hi” to all. John will surely be missed.
