The 1,004-foot self-unloader Mesabi Miner is shown entering the Twin Ports harbor late Saturday afternoon to transport its last load of this shipping season. The Miner will depart early today with a load of coal from the Midwest Energy dock and sail up the shore to unload it at Taconite Harbor. The vessel is expected to return to the Midwest Energy dock on Tuesday for the winter layup.
