Helen Anderson

Helen Lorraine Anderson, 81, of Two Harbors – and a former Silver Bay resident – passed away Feb. 14, 2011.

Born Dec. 8, 1929, she is survived by her husband, David; children, Christine (Gary) Bearl, Martin (Susan), and Daniel (Candy); and grandchildren, Autumn, Erin, David (Cerian), Laney, Amanda, Christopher, and Sean.

Helen used her incredible talents to help others by sewing clothing for prema- ture babies, making caps for cancer patients and most recently working with the Emmanuel Lutheran Peacemakers to make quilts for charity.

Services were held at Emmanuel Lutheran in Two Harbors. Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery.
