It looks like everything but the sod will be complete on the totally reconstructed First Avenue this fall.
In sudden fashion after the rip-roaring storm Oct. 26, things have shaped up nicely along the street with curb and blacktop going in quickly once crews were able to wring the water out of the area. Trees are still on schedule to be planted.
