Letter to the editor: Havlick will mind money

Election Day is Nov. 2 and I want to ask that you vote for Jennifer Havlick for Minnesota Senate District 6.

I have known Jennifer Havlick for a few years as my neighbor on Highway 3. I know Jennifer as politically committed, as a woman of integrity, and as a concerned, active member of the community.

Jennifer is a member of Living Waters Fellowship in Two Harbors. She serves as the International Emergency Office Coordinator for His Glory Search, Rescue and Aid Team, a non-profit volunteer organization that responds to disasters worldwide and serves our community by volunteering in many community programs.

Jennifer has also been active in the Lake County Basic Political Organizational Unit for six years and is the BPOU Chair.

I think Jennifer’s commitment to fiscal responsibility and her efforts in the community show that she will be a successful representative of the people in District 6.
