Pets of the Week for Sept. 20
Cadence and Eddie are just two of the many pets available for adoption at area shelters.
CADENCE is a 2½-year-old female cat available for adoption through Animal Allies Humane Society. She was found wandering the alleys when someone snatched her up and brought her to the Duluth animal shelter.
An adoption fee is required for all adoptions. Animal Allies uses the “Meet your Match” adoption program designed by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. The program evaluates an animal’s behavior and interests and matches them to an adopter’s preferences so you take home a pet you click with. Call (218) 722-2110 or go to www.animalallies.net for more information.
EDDIE is a 2-year-old male great Pyrenees/pit bull mix available for
adoption through Critter Harbor. Eddie is a great dog and even lets the smaller humans crawl all over him. He loves their hugs and the attention they show him. Eddie knows some basic commands and is great with other dogs and even cats.
An adoption fee is required for all adoptions. Call (715) 410-7666 or (218) 310-7174 or go to www.critterharbor.com for more information.
