Marsha Carlstrom and Daniel Snowdon of Houston were married Dec. 26, 2009, at Grand Superior Lodge in Castle Danger.

Marsha’s parents are Bill and Marilynn Carlstrom of Two Harbors. Dan’s parents are John and Sheila Snowdon of Newcastle, England.

The bride chose Carly Jackson as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Gemma Snowdon, Tricia Carlstrom, Julie Peterson, Leah Noll, Brook Landers and Brianne Christensen. Flower girls were Bryn Carlstrom and Alexa Carlstrom, nieces of the bride.

The groom chose David Rowe as best man. Groomsmen were John Snowdon and Mark Carlstrom.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Two Harbors High School and a 2003 graduate of Texas A&M Galveston with a degree in maritime systems engineering. She is employed at UniversalPegasus International in Houston as a principal engineer.

The groom is a 1999 graduate of the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. He is employed in support of well-servicing equipment for the Mustang Caterpillar dealership in Houston.
