Sara Cavallin of Two Harbors and Matthew Barrett of Newfolden were married Jan. 2, 2010, at Sacred Heart Music Center in Duluth. The reception was at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in Duluth.

Her parents are Alan (Butch) and Sandy Cavallin of Two Harbors. His parents are Gary and Laurie Barrett of Newfolden. The bride, a 2006 graduate of Two Harbors High School, graduated from the Hallmark Institute of Photography in Turners Falls, Mass., in 2008. She is pursuing a wedding and portrait photography business.

The groom, a 2005 graduate of Marshall County Central High School in Newfolden, is pursuing a degree in aeronautical science at the University of North Dakota.

The couple resides in Grand Forks.
