- 6:15 Deputies, Two Harbors rescue, ambulance, and fire respond to cabin fire caused by an unattended pot with cooking oil in it at Encampment Gate - Road.Total loss. Smaller cabin and two vehicles were saved.

- 6:22 Deputy assists Forest Service with retrieving person from Pipestone Lake with broken bone.

- 6:18 Silver Bay ambulance requested at Split Rock Lighthouse for 21-year-old hit in head with rock. Transported to Lake View Memorial Hospital.

- 6:50 Deputy, Silver Bay rescue respond to assist lost hikers on Highway 61 at Split Rock Lighthouse. Provided ride to vehicle.

- 7:35 Traffic stop on Fernberg Road near Romberg Shores. Citation for speed (71/55).

- 7:44 Deputy, DNR officer assist police with report of intoxicated driver at Holiday gas station in Two Harbors. Transported to county jail.

Sunday, July 4
