Buy a pizza, support schools
Do North pizza in Two Harbors will repeat its successful fund-raiser for activities at Two Harbors High School next week as proceeds of every pizza sold April 29 will go to the school.
Do North pizza in Two Harbors will repeat its successful fund-raiser for activities at Two Harbors High School next week as proceeds of every pizza sold April 29 will go to the school.
Pizzas will be made from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. or until “we run out of product,” said owner Mike Kasell.
Last year, 400 14-inch pepperoni pizzas were sold at $7 each, meaning $2,800 for extra curricular activities at the school.
Kasell hopes to beat that mark this year. The Do North restaurant in Hermantown will also have a pizza fund-raiser that day.
“This fund-raiser is amazing,” said Scott Ross, activities director at Two Harbors High School. “We really appreciate the support we get.”
