Joline Anna Garrett and Paul Matthew Phipps were married Feb. 3 at the Two Harbors breakwall on Agate Bay.
The bride’s parents are Jon Garrett and Colleen Wallin. The groom’s parents are Gary and Bonnie Phipps. She is a 2001 graduate of Two Harbors High School and is employed at Penn Foster Career School. The groom is a 1996 graduate of Two Harbors High School.
