The levy is up 9.4 percent for those living in Silver Bay as the council approved a $947,733 figure for the next year. Silver Bay has an operations budget of $2.9 million. It’s enterprise fund, which is self-supporting with water, sewer, and liquor revenues, is $2.2 million for a total bud-get of $5.1 million.
