The bride’s parents are Warren and Sue Miller of Two Harbors. The groom’s parents are Bill Wilson of Two Harbors and Jodi Shepersky of Belgrade. Kiera is employed at Lake Bank in Two Harbors. She is also going to school at Lake Superior College for business administration. Billy is employed at Stanley LaBounty. The bride and groom plan to reside in Knife River.
