Evelyn Quast of Two Harbors, an undergraduate nursing student at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, has been honored with induction into Sigma Theta Tau International, Theta Xi Chapter, Honor Society of Nursing.

Sigma Theta Tau International recognizes nursing students and nurse leaders for scholarship and leadership abilities. Invitation for membership reflects demonstration of superior academic achievement, leadership qualities, high professional standards and commitment to the nursing profession.

- Two North Shore students training at the School of the Minnesota Ballet will be in its production of “The Nutcracker” at the DECC Auditorium in Duluth Dec. 11-13. Appearing as Clara on Saturday is Lillie Sterling, a Two Harbors resident and a seventh-grader at Marshall School in Duluth. Appearing in the opening scene is Caitlin Martinsen, a Silver Bay resident and a senior at William Kelley High School.
