Captains have been named for next season’s Two Harbors girls soccer team: Nina Bukowski, Maire McMahon, Katelyn Adams, and Ivie Brooks.
Seniors Kaila Carpenter and Sierra Tietge played in an all-star game for area teams against Duluth players. Tietge’s team won 4-0.
Next summer there will be a boot camp for all interested.
End of season awards include: Rookie of the Year Amanda Laine; Most Improved Maddie Wielinski; Best Defensive Players Katelyn Adams and Sierra Tietge.
Best Offensive Player Lacey Myrdal; Hardest Working Player Ivie Brooks; John Stockton Toughness Award winner Kristy Olson.
Most Inspirational Player Nina Bukowski; Outstanding Senior Leaders Kristy Olson, Sierra Tietge and Kaila Carpenter, and MVP Lacey Myrdal.
