Cadet fire department program in the future?
The local department has discussed having a youth exchange cadet program in Two Harbors.

The local department has discussed having a youth exchange cadet program in Two Harbors. It could be done through an explorer program such as the Boy Scouts. Currently the fire department has 23 volunteers on staff. “We have an amazing, dedicated crew,” Schlangen said. “Dedication is the backbone of all volunteer fire departments.”
