Rena is the daughter of Roger and Ann Harrington of Two Harbors and Nick is the son of Jody Ross of Duluth and the late Don Neimi.
Nick’s proposal was the old movie-romance novel variety. He asked Rena to go for a long walk along the shores of Lake Superior and down on one knee, presented the ring and asked for her hand. A July 2009 wedding is planned at the location of the proposal.
