A water contact not recommended advisory has been issued by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency on June 11 for Gooseberry Falls State Park Beach.

A water contact not recommended advisory has been issued by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency on June 11 for Gooseberry Falls State Park Beach. Elevated E. coli bacteria levels identified from samples collected June 10 indicate the possible presence of fecal contamination. The beach is scheduled to be re-sampled June 11.

Gooseberry Falls State Park Beach is located in Gooseberry Falls State Park, below the restroom parking lot.
