Her parents are Judi Chandler of Two Harbors and the late Don Chandler. His parents are Barbara Vest of Decatur, Ala., and Howard Vest of Hartselle, Ala.
The future bride is a graduate of Two Harbors High School, Drake University and Minnesota State University, Mankato. She is employed at Appalachian State University.
The future groom is a graduate of Austin High School, Lander University and Appalachian State University. He is employed at Appalachian State University.
The newlyweds plan to reside in Boone, N.C.
