'New' THDC board approves Bodies in Balance loan
The "new" board for the Two Harbors Development Commission approved a $200,000 business subsidy loan from the THDC to Bodies in Balance at a meeting on Monday. The "new" board is made up of city council members who removed the regular THDC board members temporarily and appointed themselves to the position to handle the Bodies in Balance issue because they believed they could move things along faster in the short time allowed.
